At Egiss we are expanding our IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) capabilities This builds on the many efforts we have implemented such as the R2v3 certification that is a quality assurance that end-of-life electronics are managed responsibly and in accordance with internationally recognised best practices. The role is pivotal in integrating ITAD into Egiss’ core operations and driving sourcing excellence across global markets.

More about the role

As ITAD sourcing specialist, you will be responsible for driving ITAD sourcing excellence across global markets. You will play a central role in developing and refining our sourcing strategy, and you will represent Egiss’ ITAD propositions at a senior level both internally and externally. A key part of the role involves building and maintaining a strong global customer network and leading negotiations from start to finish.

While doing this you must also:

  • Work closely with colleagues across processing, systems, sales, and sourcing to ensure that workflows are aligned and well-coordinated.

  • Define and monitor performance indicators, prepare contractual frameworks, facilitate clear presentations, and other supporting materials.

  • Contribute to the development of new ITAD services and offerings.

Who are you?

We imagine you as a mix of strategist, negotiator, and relationship-builder - and you thrive both behind the keyboard and in the meeting room. We are looking for a candidate with a keen interest in the ITAD market and a clear understanding of customer expectations. You should be comfortable managing change processes and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.

We expect you to:

  • Communicate fluently in both English and Danish.

  • Think strategically but execute hands-on.

  • Have a strong “sales DNA” and naturally build lasting relationships.

  • Be a firm and fair negotiator.

  • Have strong data literacy and a structured approach to decision-making.

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but the right skills, attitude and background within Sales, Procurement or Business Development are just as interesting for us. We are looking for the right person and not necessarily the perfect CV.
