Egiss is looking for a colleague to join our HAM-team on a temporary basis covering a parental leave. About the role

You will take on operational responsibility across selected stages of the HAM lifecycle, ensuring efficient handling of hardware-related requests and maintaining high-quality asset data.

A key part of the role is customer communication and relationship building. You will act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring customers are kept informed, supported, and confident throughout all asset-related activities.

Your work will primarily include:

·      Operational handling

Managing and resolving cases in ZenDesk and ServiceNow.

·      Customer coordination

Maintaining proactive dialogue with customers on requests, timelines, and updates, building strong, service-oriented relationships.

·      Data & process quality

Maintaining and validating hardware inventory data in collaboration with customers and partners, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and follow-up, and contributing to optimisation of workflows, standards, and procedures.

Overall, you will play a central role in ensuring operational stability, data accuracy, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role is a good fit if you:

  • Have experience or interest within operations, customer service, IT support, logistics, or administrative functions

  • Are comfortable working in structured, repeatable processes

  • Can manage multiple tasks in parallel without losing overview

  • Communicate confidently and professionally in English (written and spoken)

Practical details

This is a temporary position for 9 to10 month period. It is based in Hinnerup near Aarhus, and we hope for you to start in august or by September 1st by latest.
