Inside Sales Representative (Germany)
As our Inside Sales Representative your key focus is growing our presence in the German market. In this role, you'll use your early experience in sales to help us attract new customers and contribute to our revenue growth. You'll be an important part of our Pursuit Sales team, working both independently and with colleagues to achieve success.
Key Responsbilities
- Customer Research: Identify and research large international companies in Germany using various methods such as phone, email, and social media.
- Stakeholder Identification: Find key decision-makers and stakeholders in Procurement and IT within these companies.
- Outbound Sales Calls: Reach out to stakeholders, introduce Egiss, and arrange meetings.
- Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM tool.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Egiss Sales Team and other departments.
- Support Sales Materials: Help prepare sales materials and presentations for customer meetings.
This role is a great opportunity to further develop your sales skills and grow with our company. The role can be based in Birkerød or Hinnerup in Denmark. You will report directly to the Executive Director of Global Accounts, Germany, Austria and Switzerland and you will work closely with the Sales team based in Denmark.
Our Expectations
We are looking for someone with early experience in sales, business administration, or a related field. While experience in the IT industry is a plus, what matters most is your proven ability to engage with large international customers based in Germany.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be fluent in German and have strong English skills.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to influence key stakeholders.
- Have a customer-first attitude and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Be a self-starter with a hands-on mentality.
